We wanted to take a moment to express gratitude to everyone that has screened the film this past year. We had over 40 screenings around the country by folks who were using it to talk about the culture change needed in the construction industry. There are signs of hope as conversation around sexual harassment has entered the mainstream and we're seeing apologies and new accountability, but we want to make sure that this wave moves into the construction industry as well. Keep talking! Keep pushing!
One of the opportunities we're excited about is that a NW regional construction company is looking to experiment with using the film on jobsite as part of a required training in combination with a potential bystander training offered via Oregon Tradeswomen, Inc. We know the film offers a unique take on traditional anti-harassment videos because it focuses on a fictional, dramatic story, but we have yet to see it used in this way and we are hopeful that it can be part of creating change.
Get in touch if you'd like to screen it by contacting us via the form at the bottom of this page.
Here's to CREATING MORE CHANGE in 2018! Happy Holidays!
